[China Glass Net] (1) Preparation of Glass The glass substrate of the laminated glass may be float glass, tempered glass, colored glass, heat absorbing glass, heat reflecting glass, flat glass, polished glass, or the like. First, the glass is selected according to the regulations of the laminated glass national standard, and there is no need to have no ribs, sand, stones or ribs. Cut the glass blank. Then, according to the size and shape of the order unit drawing and the size of the edge to be ground during the edging, the glued template is made, and the sample is coated on the blank glass when cutting. Each pair of glass requires close coincidence and the difference in size should not exceed L 5M/edge.

(2) Washing of glass In order to eliminate dust, dirt, greasy and clothing on the surface of the glass, the glass should be carefully washed. Glass washing is divided into machine washing and manual washing. Washing glass with a glass washer can save labor, reduce labor intensity, improve washing quality, and make the production process continuous, suitable for mass production. Manual washing is especially suitable for plants in small batch production.

After the special dirt or the like is washed away, in order to prevent the detergent solution from remaining on the surface of the glass, it must be rinsed with water later. The quality of the later rinse water has a great influence on the tensile strength of the laminated glass, especially the salinity of the wash water affects the final quality of the glass and PvB bulge. Figure 2-53 shows that high hardness water reduces the bond strength between the glass and PvB. Therefore, if the water source has a high hardness, it is preferred to use a softened water device to convert the hard water into demineralized water or deionized water. After the glass is washed and dried, it is necessary to carefully check the degree of washing and the defects of the glass.

When producing laminated glass, the washing of the glass must be done before the hot bend. When the glass is hot-bent, it is necessary to decide whether or not to remove the separator depending on the amount of the barrier powder used, but it does not necessarily require further cleaning. In general, the use of a small amount of insulating powder does not have a great influence on the quality of the laminated glass; if the insulating powder attached to the surface of the glass is excessive after hot bending, it is necessary to remove the insulating powder. Use a brush or a hand to wipe with a rag, the powder is not thorough, and will also wear the glass surface, so it is recommended to use a vacuum system to remove the insulation powder.

(3) Preparation of PVB film The film must be cut reasonably according to the specifications of the glass, the size of the remaining edge, and the shrinkage amount of the film after processing to compensate for the shrinkage of the film size during the hot pressing. When using low temperature storage film, the shrinkage depends on the shrinkage of the film itself and the amount of stress generated when the film is placed.

If the surface of the roll of film is withdrawn from the alkali powder, the cut film is placed in 10 to 25 Y of water to remove the alkali powder on the surface. The washing of PvB film is also available in both organic and manual ways. When washing manually, it is necessary to evenly brush both sides of the film with a brown brush in the clean flowing warm water at 25-45 ° C. The cleaned film is clamped with wooden strips, suspended vertically, and then dried with a clean and dry silk cloth. No water droplets are allowed on the surface. The film is then sent to a drying chamber for drying. Machine washing and drying are carried out continuously. The washed and dried film is cut according to the sample. The cut film requirements are larger than the laminated glass finished product, and the required margin is determined according to the film type and production experience. Generally, the four sides are required to be 5 mm.
